Maxitech is looking for QA Lead to help building quality processes  in the newly built product.

We are an IT product company developing solutions for B2C Online Trading Broker Companies. Our products’ major Client is a market leader in the area of trading broker offerings for exchange of stocks, commodities, CFDs and currencies. His users are making thousands of trades every month.

Our company headquarter is in Tel Aviv, and Software Development office is in Kyiv. Recently we have launched development of the brand new trading platform and CRM specially designed for companies working on Forex B2C market. The project is just started and we are looking for Backend .NET, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and DevOps to build the great core team.

Responsibilities:

• While working with the core team, develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, metrics selecting tools, ensuring that all teams are using them properly.
• Leading, mentoring and grading all QA people as well qualifying external candidates
• Building Test Automation processes around all teams and ensuring their right execution
• Participation in Requirements and Release management process elaboration
• Participation in System Architecture / Technology selection processes

We are seeking YOU in case you have:

Obligatory:

• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Web application testing experience
• Experience creating and executing regression test cases / plans 
• Excellent knowledge of bug life cycle

Nice to have: 

• Experience with automated testing frameworks for creating and executing regression tests 
• Experience with generating reports from bug tracking software such as TFS 
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment that requires frequent shift in areas of focus 
• Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems and QA challenges
